Pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/2003 and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter "Regulation"), this page describes the methods for processing the personal data of users who consult the Edil Habitat S.R.L. website accessible electronically at the following address:

This information does not concern other sites, pages, or online services reachable through hypertext links that may be published on the site.
Identity of the Data Controller

Source of data and type of data collected:
1) Data communicated by the user
Edil Habitat S.R.L. collects personal data voluntarily provided by users when sending a message using the appropriate form or the contact addresses present on the site https://www.domushabitat.com
The optional and voluntary sending of messages to the contact addresses, as well as the completion and submission of the forms present on the site, involve the acquisition of the sender's contact data, necessary to provide a response, as well as all personal data included in the communications.
The data provided will be used with computer and electronic tools for the sole purpose of providing the requested service and for this reason, will be kept exclusively for the period in which the service is active.
2) Navigation data
Edil Habitat S.R.L. also collects data relating to the user's use of the website; this information is acquired by the computer systems and software procedures used to operate the online portal, during their normal operation. Furthermore, the transmission of such data is connected and inherent to the use of Internet communication protocols.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers and terminals used by users, the URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server, and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and computer environment.
Such data, necessary for the use of web services, are also processed for the purpose of:
• obtaining statistical information on the use of services (most visited pages, number of visitors by hourly or daily time slot, geographical areas of origin, etc.);
• checking the correct functioning of the services offered.
Navigation data do not persist for more than seven days and are deleted immediately after their aggregation (except for any need to establish crimes by the Judicial Authority).
Cookies and other tracking systems
In order to make its services as efficient and simple to use as possible, this Site makes use of cookies. Therefore, when visiting the Site, a minimum amount of information is placed in the User's device, such as small text files called "cookies", which are saved in the directory of the User's web browser. Purposes of the processing
Depending on the type of processing to be carried out, the personal data of the Data Subject may be processed:
1) to provide feedback to any communications, requests for information and/or services coming from users through the appropriate form or using the address(es) present in the contact section;
2) finally, the data will be used to manage and control risks, prevent possible fraud, prevent and manage possible disputes, and take legal action if necessary.
Legal basis of the processing
In reference to the purposes indicated in the previous paragraph, the legal basis for them is, relative to point:
1) execution of a contract to which the data subject is a party or execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the same;
2) the necessity to pursue the legitimate interest of the data controller (in particular with regard to fraud prevention).
Data recipients
Personal data processed by the Controller are not disseminated, meaning they are not made known to undetermined subjects in any possible form, including that of making them available or simple consultation.
They may, however, be communicated to workers who operate under the employment of the Controller, or to subjects authorized to process them as they operate under the authority of the Controller itself. Processing by such subjects will take place in consideration of the roles and work tasks performed, taking into account the respective skills and in accordance with the instructions given to them by the Controller.
In this regard, Edil Habitat S.R.L. has appointed third-party service providers in relation to the operation of the website, such as hosting service providers, website-related service providers, IT maintenance service providers, as well as service providers that allow the integration into the website of other functions that the user can use at their discretion.
These service providers, designated as external Data Processors, are provided only with the personal data necessary to provide the corresponding services and are not allowed to use or disclose the personal data of the data subjects for other purposes without prior authorization from the data subject.
The data may also be communicated, as far as strictly necessary, to subjects who collaborate with the Controller to provide feedback to any questions and/or requests from customers (including potential ones) or to provide services related to them.
Finally, the data may be communicated to subjects entitled to access them by virtue of provisions of law, regulations, or community regulations.
Data transfer
In no case does the Data Controller transfer personal data to third countries or international organizations.
However, it reserves the possibility of using cloud services; in which case, the service providers will be selected from among those who provide adequate guarantees, as provided for by art. 46 GDPR 679/16.
Data retention
The Data Controller keeps and processes personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the indicated purposes. Subsequently, personal data will be kept and not further processed for the time established by current legal provisions.
It should also be added that, in the event that a user provides the Controller with personal data that is not requested or not necessary for the execution of the requested performance or the provision of a service strictly connected to it, Edil Habitat S.R.L. cannot be considered the controller of this data and will proceed to its deletion as soon as possible.
Rights of the data subject
In relation to the data subject to the processing referred to in this information, the data subject is recognized at any time the right to:
• ask the Controller for access to their personal data and information relating to them (art. 15 of the GDPR); the rectification of inaccurate data or the integration of incomplete ones (art. 16 of the GDPR); the erasure of personal data concerning them (upon the occurrence of one of the conditions indicated in art. 17, par. 1 of the GDPR and in compliance with the exceptions provided for in paragraph 3 of the same article); the restriction of the processing of their personal data (upon the occurrence of one of the hypotheses indicated in art. 18, par. 1 of the GDPR);
• request and obtain from the Controller – in cases where the legal basis of the processing is the contract or consent, and the same is carried out by automated means – their personal data in a structured and machine-readable format, also for the purpose of communicating such data to another data controller (so-called right to personal data portability – art. 20 of the GDPR);
• object at any time to the processing of their personal data upon the occurrence of particular situations concerning them (art. 21 of the GDPR);

The data subject, if they believe that the processing of their data takes place in violation of the provisions of the Regulation, can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Data Protection Authority – www.garanteprivacy.it), as provided for by art. 77 of the GDPR, or take appropriate judicial action (art. 79 of the GDPR).
Refusal to provide data
Further data that are not mandatory for the purpose of sending a message through the appropriate form are provided on a voluntary basis; however, if the data subject decides not to provide the requested data, Edil Habitat S.R.L. may not be able to provide certain services.
Automated decision-making processes
The Controller does not carry out processing consisting of automated decision-making processes on the data of natural persons.
