Description
xThe gas kit includes everything needed to connect the Alfa oven to the gas cylinder. Briefly, its main characteristics are:
- 3 Components: 1 1/2” Male-Female flexible hose, 1 Low pressure regulator 7Kg/h 30mbar, 1 roll of Teflon PTFE tape.
- Supported tank capacities: 15, 20 and 30 kg.
- Compatible with all Alfa gas ovens
All our gas ovens are compatible with the gas kit. Thanks to the compatibility with cylinders of different capacities, it is in fact possible to connect both smaller ovens.
All our steel ovens can boast remarkable ease of movement and practicality of use, thanks to the excellent choice of materials and an extremely refined design.
Alfa mobile outdoor ovens also provide space to store the cylinder (or wood, in the case of hybrid ovens). Both the ovens in the Top + base version (i.e. the oven with its custom-made mobile base), and those in the Top + Multifunctional pizza table version, therefore allow you to obtain an extremely convenient installation of the gas oven. In fact, it will be possible to move the oven and the cylinder together, saving a lot of effort.
Installation:
- Use Teflon tape to seal the joints of the oven and the pipe, making at least ten turns on each thread.
- Connect the gas inlet to the rear part of the oven via the straight or corner joint and the gaskets supplied in the gas kit (in some countries, for example Germany, the adoption of different gaskets may be required).
- Using the fittings and gaskets in the gas kit, connect the pressure detector to the cylinder.
- Connect the ends of the hose included in the gas kit to the pressure detector in the cylinder and to the oven, always using the appropriate gaskets and joints and applying Teflon tape on the threads before screwing the various components.
