Thanks to the thermosetting epoxy powder coating and the steel structure, Fògher barbecues guarantee extraordinary resistance to high temperatures and atmospheric events.

High efficiency burners

The high-performance burners with native safety thermocouples within the structure can operate on both LPG and methane. Thanks to the efficient heat propagation system, the burners manage to obtain exceptional power with a saving of over 50% in gas compared to competitors (2.5kW compared to 6kW).

Firecore for optimal heat propagation

Fògher gas barbecues are equipped with the Fire Core® system. This exclusive system of radiant dishes optimizes the heat transfer from the burner to the plate, distributing it evenly over the entire cooking surface. This allows you to cook with significant energy savings.

Cooking liquid recovery drawer

Thanks to the cooking liquid collection system it will no longer be necessary to worry about dirt, in fact in every Fògher gas barbecue there is a practical removable container for collecting dripping liquids. Alternatively, it is possible to mount a drain for collection directly into the appropriate containers.

Thermometer with integrated probe

The FGA-FO series barbecues are equipped with an analogue thermometer with a probe integrated into the lid to allow total supervision during food cooking.

Modular cooking surfaces

Thanks to the modular system, the cooking surfaces of the BBQs are interchangeable and modular as desired, in fact it is possible to choose between different cooking accessories according to your needs. All plates also guarantee total fat drainage, preventing it from falling into the burner area and keeping the surfaces clean for healthier cooking and easy cleaning of all components.

Combustion fume extraction system

The innovative patented fume extraction system allows for healthier and more genuine cooking, eliminating combustion gases from the cooking chamber through the chimney positioned in the rear part of the lid

Electronic fire ignition

The ignition and fire management system allows for easy ignition of the gas thanks to the integrated electronic system.
