Consumers have the right to return their purchase without giving any reason within a period of 14 calendar days, starting from the day of delivery of the goods.
You can exchange or return the goods by sending an email to info@domushabitat.com informing us of your intention to return the goods. It must be kindly indicated:

In case of withdrawal, the Customer may return the products to D omushabitat.com within 14 (fourteen) days of the withdrawal itself, to the following address indicating in the notes, the order number for which the return is being processed.

The goods must be intact, unused, with all labels and packaging intact, including stickers, films and bags. In case of damage or traces of use, we are entitled to deduct any amount equal to the value of the damage from the refund.
In the return request, the consumer is responsible for the shipping costs of the goods he wishes to return.
We cannot accept the return of the goods if all of these conditions occur:
- the goods are not available in stock
- the customer is informed of the need to specifically order these products
- the products are shipped to the customer
- the products do not present defects and are compliant with what was ordered by the customer
For international returns, any import charges or administration (customs) fees that may be charged for the importation of returned goods will be deducted from the returns payment.
If the return instructions are followed accurately, Domushabitat.com will refund the consumer for the returned items within 7 days of receiving the returns.
