Returns & Refunds


These general conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers at retail project of Edil Habitat SRL By placing an order, you enter into an agreement with and accept these terms and conditions. Please read carefully before placing an order. We may change the terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law. Consumers have the right to return their purchase without giving any reason within a period of 14 calendar days, starting from the day of delivery of the goods. During the Christmas holidays, the purchased goods can be returned by January 31st.
You can exchange or return the goods by sending an email to or by contacting us at +39 …….. (whatsapp) informing us of your intention to return the goods. It must be kindly indicated:

  • the order number
  • your name and address
  • the intention to exchange the goods or return them
  • the reason for the return or exchange
  • photo of the product with original packaging, not unwrapped or opened. The product must be perfectly intact and packaged as delivered. will respond to your request within 24-48 hours.
In the event of withdrawal, the Customer may return the products to D within 14 (fourteen) days of the withdrawal itself, to the following address indicating in the notes, the order number for which the return is being made

Goods must be intact, unused, with all labels and packaging intact, including stickers, films and bags. In case of damage or traces of use, we have the right to deduct any amount equal to the value of the damage from the refund.

In the return request, the consumer is responsible for the shipping costs of the goods he wishes to return.

In the case of international returns, any import charges or administration (customs) fees that may be charged for the importation of returned goods, will be deducted from the return payment.
If the return instructions are followed carefully, will reimburse the consumer for the items returned within 7 days of receiving the returns.

Defects and complaints must be reported as soon as possible after delivery of the order (within 5 calendar days) by e-mail to or by contacting us at +39 …….. (whatsapp) and, if possible by providing us with images/videos of the defect.

The item will be replaced or refunded following its return.
