The Hybrid Kit is Alfa's solution for obtaining a hybrid oven, doubling the culinary possibilities thanks to the possibility of choosing the fuel.

Its main characteristics are:

• Allows you to use the wood-fired gas oven.
• Compatible with the Alfa gas Futuro 2 pizza oven
• Tested to withstand very high temperatures (over 1,000°C).
• Made of AISI 441 stainless steel.
• Consisting of two elements: the burner cover and the wood guard

The innovation of the hybrid oven allows you to use a gas oven as if it were wood-fired, thus being able to experiment with the cooking differences by alternating the use of the two fuels.

The possibility of choosing fuel opens the doors to many culinary opportunities, but it is also very useful to never run out of fuel.

The Hybrid Kit is made up of two elements, the burner cover and the wood guard:

• The burner cover is a special cover for the gas burner, which serves as protection so as not to damage the gas supply system when lighting the wood fire.
